QUESTION - Will I get confirmation of my order?
Once you have placed your order you will be presented with an order confirmation screen detailing what you have bought, how much it cost and delivery options. At this time you will also be sent a confirmation by email re-stating the details for your records. This email does not however indicate that your order has been or begun to be processed or a confirmation of contract of purchase.
Once we have processed your order you will receive a second email from us detailing what you have purchased and confirming that your order has been processed. We will also inform you of your tracking reference number. By clicking on the tracking reference link you will be taken to the courier's website where you can see the progress of your delivery.
QUESTION - Can I track my delivery?
You can track the progress of your order using a unique tracking reference number. You can find your number in your order history. Alternatively, you can find the unique tracking reference number on the email you will have received from us. You will also find the link to the appropriate section of the courier's website.
Couriers will require a signature to ensure safe receipt of your goods. If you are not available to collect and sign on the courier’s first visit they may leave it with a neighbor, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain). A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. Our couriers will deliver until 9PM in most areas!
The couriers will attempt re-delivery up to a maximum of three (3) times and if delivery is not successful after the third attempt they will return the goods to us and we will issue a refund. We reserve the right to re-charge the delivery cost for re-delivery.

Here are the available delivery options
Standard UK Delivery
Using our Standard UK Delivery, your order should be with you in four (4) to five (5) working days (excludes Weekends and Public/Bank Holidays).
Place your order before 6pm Sunday - Friday and receive your order within 1 to 2 days (excludes Sundays and Public/Bank Holidays).
If you select our Express Delivery option, and your order is placed and accepted before 6pm Sunday - Friday, we aim to have your order delivered to your door within 1 to 2 days provided the next day is not a Sunday or Bank Holiday. Orders placed after 6pm will take an extra 24 hours to deliver (excludes Weekends and Public/Bank Holidays).
Next Day Delivery
Place your order before 6pm Sunday - Friday and receive your order the very next day (excludes Sundays and Public/Bank Holidays).
If you select our Next Day Delivery option, and your order is placed and accepted before 6pm Sunday - Friday, we aim to have your order delivered to your door the very next day provided the next day is not a Sunday or Bank Holiday. Orders placed after 6pm will take an extra 24 hours to deliver (excludes Sundays and Public/Bank Holidays).
